So, what does that mean? Actually, the techies and social media mavens out there know it better as an RSS Feed and this little logo found at the top of our website pages makes it so easy for you to never miss the News postings, especially if you are not one to hit the Facebook or website much.
What happens is you click on the orange icon and choose how you want the RSS Feed to be updated to your digital device of choice. If you use Outlook, it will setup a folder that will look like another piece of new mail…I added that folder to my favorites so it shows up at the top! If you prefer to do things online, you can choose your favorite browser (mine is Firefox) and it will add a menu bar you can click for news items.
It was always my vision to build up multiple ways for you to get access to timely and relevant news. It started with fixing the clunky website we used to have, then the Constant Contact email program increased our reach while driving down administrative costs and now our new responsive website allows the dissemination of news so much easier and, in my opinion, in a much better format.
All you have to do is make a few choices and be connected. From there, I hope you decide to leave a comment to say you like something, to say you don’t (keep it clean…it’s moderated…LOL!) and to share ideas or good news. This is our digital community that we share with the world, so let’s make the most of it by participating.
